We are located at the American Legion Post at 1524 Powell Street (between Vallejo and Green street). We meet on the first three Thursdays of every month between 7:00 pm and 8:30 p.m. All boys between the ages of 11 and 17 are welcome. Come see why the Scouting is so important to many families.

Troop 3 is the oldest troop in San Francisco having been founded in 1914. The mission of Scouting is to teach our youth how to make ethical choices throughout their lifetime.  For over 100 years, Troop 3 has been teaching young men in the North Beach and Chinatown communities not only to do things right, i.e. through skills based training, but more importantly, how to do the right thing.

Boy Scouts is for anyone in the 5th grade through 18 years old. Scouts are active in a number of activities including:
